Finns Recreation Club
Canggu's all-in-one family club in Berawa — Splash water park, trampolines, bowling, kids club, gym and a free shuttle to Finns Beach Club.
If you are doing Bali with kids from anywhere between Seminyak and Pererenan, Finns Recreation Club in Berawa is the default Canggu family day. It is a members’ club open to day visitors that packs a water park, trampoline arena, bowling alley and kids club into one block — shade, lifeguards and decent food when parents have run out of beach. It is also the natural rest day in a kid-heavy itinerary built around Waterbom, the zoo and the safari park.
What it is — the all-in-one club model
Finns Rec sits on Jl. Pantai Berawa No.15 in Tibubeneng, minutes inland from Berawa beach and the Finns Beach Club site. It is a low-rise compound: walk past reception and a small retail strip, then branch into whichever facility you came for. Family-side headliners are Splash Water Park, Bounce trampoline centre, Strike ten-pin bowling and Cubby House kids club. The adult side has a fitness centre with lap pool, tennis, padel, a recovery and wellness centre, the Body Temple Spa, a sports bar and restaurants. It is run by Finns Bali, the group behind Finns Beach Club.
Splash water park, trampoline, bowling — the kid menu
Splash is the anchor — smaller and tamer than Waterbom, which is the point: thrilling slides for older kids, a lazy river, and a shallow kids’ zone you can supervise from one spot. Bounce is the island’s first dedicated trampoline park, an air-conditioned arena that earns its keep on a wet afternoon. Strike runs six modern bowling lanes, and Cubby House is the supervised kids club for ages 3–12. None is individually best-in-Bali, but stacked on one site they stretch a visit into a full day without anyone melting down.
Adults flank — gym, tennis, F&B
The grown-up side is more serious than it needs to be for a drop-in. Full gym with lap pool, sauna, ice baths and recovery kit. Tennis and padel are the most-used non-water facility. Multiple restaurants and a sports bar mean you do not have to leave to feed kids. Spa and wellness are open to day-pass guests.
Day pass vs membership (directional)
Finns Rec runs memberships and a tiered day-pass system. The flagship visitor product is the Finns Super Fun Pass, which bundles Splash, Bounce, Strike and Finns Beach Club into one ticket valid for seven consecutive days from first activation. Standalone Splash, Bounce and Strike entries are also sold. We don’t quote prices because Finns adjusts them seasonally — book through the official site.
Finns Loop shuttle and the connection to Finns Beach Club
The Finns Loop is the biggest reason this place pairs naturally with Finns Beach Club. It is a free shuttle Finns launched in August 2024, running every 20 minutes from 06:00 to midnight with ten stops including Finns Beach Club, Finns Recreation Club, Canggu Station and Milk and Madu. Drop at the Rec Club, do half a day in the water park, then loop down to the beach club for sunset without dealing with Berawa traffic.
Getting there, when to go
Berawa is a 35–45 minute drive from Seminyak in normal traffic and 75+ minutes at the wrong time from the airport. The compound opens at 06:00. The smartest visit is a weekday morning open: slides and trampolines in cooler air with shorter queues, a long lunch on site, then kids club or the shuttle for the back half. Weekends and school holidays are busier.
Finns Rec vs Waterbom Bali — when to pick which
Both are valid family picks doing different jobs. Waterbom in Kuta is the world-ranked waterpark — bigger slides, a dedicated full day. Finns Rec is the multi-activity club — smaller water park plus trampoline plus bowling plus kids club, all walkable, with the beach-club shuttle attached. One day for a waterpark and based south of Canggu? Do Waterbom. Based in Canggu, mixed-age kids, or wanting a kid morning paired with a parents’ beach-club afternoon? Do Finns Rec.
